Social informatics, the study of how people relate to technology, is a fascinating area of study for librarians.

My paper on social informatics looks at enterprise social networks like Slack, and analyzes them in regards to digital social communities. 

It covers labor, identity creation, and social capital within uniquely work-based social environments.

​It also highlights the importance of analyzing and engaging with this technology in a Post-COVID world.
